5.1. To receive report from Ward Cllr Carole Gandy.
5.2. To receive views of residents on parish matters.
6. Minutes. Motion. To approve minutes of scheduled meeting 8 March 2021.
7. Finance
7.1. To select councillor to be additional signatory on the bank mandate.
7.2. To receive Quarter End report from the Responsible Financial Officer.
7.3. Motion. To note payments made between meetings as in Appendix 1.
7.4. Payments. Motion. To approve payments as in Appendix 1.
8. Wigmore Village Hall
8.1. To receive a report from the Finance Working Group following correspondence received from Trustees of the Wigmore Village Hall Charitable Incorporated Organisation.
8.2. To agree response to the Trustees.
9. St James Church, Wigmore. To consider the Parish Council’s response to consultation on the closure of St James Church, received from the Secretary to Hereford Diocesan Mission and Pastoral Committee. Brought forward from March to allow time for public response.

10. Dog Waste Bin / Notices. To consider
10.1. Motion. To fund collection of waste.
10.2. Motion. To purchase a waste bin to be placed by School Lane Footpath.
10.3. Motion. To provide signs Please Clean up After Your Dog on Farmland on Public Rights of Way subject to further consultation with the Footpaths Officer.
11. Poor’s Wood Common
11.1. To receive report on works undertaken by Forestry England without the Parish Council’s knowledge or consent.
11.2. To consider response to Forestry England.
12. Lengthsman
Motion. To agree contract between Herefordshire Council and Wigmore Group Parish Council be signed and returned to Balfour Beatty.
13. Bury Lane Playing Field
13.1. To note monthly inspection of play equipment on 26 March 2021.
13.2. To agree expenditure on identity verification for update of records with Land Registry.
13.3. To consider quotes for Annual Inspection, to take place after repairs are completed.
14. Streetlights
To consider any action required to further arrangements for transferring responsibility of 10 streetlights from Wigmore Group Parish Council to Herefordshire Council.
15. Asset Register
15.1. To receive report on condition of assets.
15.2. Motion. To agree repairs/maintenance of assets as required.
15.3. Motion. To adopt updated Asset Register including Poor’s Wood Common.
16. Meetings.
16.1. Motion. To agree dates / times of Annual Parish Meetings of the electorate for Elton, Leinthall Starkes, Pipe Aston & Wigmore.
16.2. Motion. To agree date and time for Annual Meeting of the Parish Council.
17. Information items, correspondence & training. To note and action, as necessary.
18. To raise matters for next meeting (date to be confirmed at item 15.2).
19. Motion. To resolve to exclude the press and public from the following confidential item.
