SECTION 14(1) ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL
A4110 FROM C1017 TO BRINSHOPE LANE, WIGMORE , HEREFORDSHIRE TEMPORARY HGV RESTRICTION ORDER 2021
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council intend, under the provisions of Section 14(1) Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), to temporarily prohibit the use by HGVs on the road mentioned below:
The A4110 from the C1017 to Brinshope Lane, from the junction of Kingsmeadow to Abbey Court Farm, Grid Ref : 341622 / 268653 to 340924 / 269932.
The said restriction is required due to insufficient road width for HGVs during fibre installa tion works being carried out on or near the said road, and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place.
The said restriction will come into force on the 28th of August 2021 and will remain for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) or until any said works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council. However the works are expected to be completed within 9 days approximately.
