8.1. To reconstitute membership of the Village Hall Working Group.
8.2. To received proposals from Village Hall Committee for hot water in the Village Hall toilets.

To consider implications of advice received on legality of contributing to costs of churchyard maintenance.
10. Mortimer Voices Newsletter
To consider options for future issues of the newsletter.
11. Traffic Calming Measures in Elton & Pipe Aston
To note report received and consider options.
12. Consultation
12.1. To consider response to Government consultation on proposals for reform of the planning system in England, Planning for the Future. Deadline 29 October.
12.2. To consider assessing implications for Wigmore Group Neighbourhood Development Plan of Government proposal to reform the planning system.
13. Wigmore Churchyard
13.1. To consider works to be undertaken on damaged Lime Tree.
13.2. To consider fence damaged by falling branches.
14. Mortimer Forest
To note current forestry operations in Mortimer Forest.
15. Streetlights
15.1. To further arrangements for transferring responsibility of 10 streetlights from Wigmore Group Parish Council to Herefordshire Council.
15.2. To consider contributing towards costs of the above.
15.3. To consider advice from Utility Aid regarding renewal of electricity contract (if received).
16. Notice Boards
To consider purchase of notice boards for Elton and Pipe Aston if suitable locations can be identified.
17. Information items, correspondence & training. To note and action, as necessary.
18. To raise matters for next scheduled meeting: Monday 12 October 2020.

19. Employment. To consider 2020-21 National Salary Award of 2.75% and agree whether this should be passed on.
