5. Minutes. To approve minutes of the scheduled meeting 14 February 2022.

6. Finance
6.1. To note payment of £35 direct debit to the Information Commissioners Office.
6.2. To note balances and approve payments as in Appendix 1.
6.3. To agree purchase of Microsoft 365 – £59.99 due to be paid via Credit Card on 27 March.
6.4. To authorise Clerk to move funds from Reserves to Playing Fields Maintenance to create zero balance.
6.5. To consider implementing pay award as recommended by National Association of Local Councils.
6.6. To agree payment of balance to Active Garden £7,787.10 gross, for playground equipment. Invoice expected before April meeting.

7. Planning To consider responses to applications to be determined by Herefordshire Council.

13. The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee
13.1. To note application for road closure submitted by the Clerk.
13.2. To receive update following open General Meeting held by/for residents on 9 March and consider decisions required to further plans for a celebration.
13.3. To consider funding for prizes and decorations.
13.4. To note planting of Elm tree and addition to Queen’s Green Canopy map.

14. Lengthsman
14.1. To confirm drainage projects for grant applications to Herefordshire Council.
14.2. To consider Balfour Beatty Expression of Interest & Annual Maintenance plan for 2022/23. Deadline 31 March.
14.3. To consider option for verge cutting by Balfour Beatty – once towards the end of the growing season, or twice.
14.4. To consider mowing area in Leinthall Starkes.
14.5. To consider quotations for
14.5.1. Path between A4110 & school playing fields – to remove leaves and vegetation. .
14.5.2. Wildflower area of Bury Lane Playing Field – to cut and remove grass.

15. Bury Lane Playing Field Working Group
15.1. To note date of monthly inspections of play equipment.
15.2. To consider quote from Fran White, Parks & Playgrounds, for annual inspection. RPII (Register of Play Inspectors International) £63.40.
15.3. To consider payment of approximately £10 on receipt of invoice from The Ink Spot, for two signs advertising the Memorial Tree Line.

16. Tree Warden To receive update on condition of Oak tree at White House Farm reported to Herefordshire Council and request for Tree Preservation Order.

17. Volunteers Group Following removal of fallen limb from lime tree, to consider works in and behind closed Churchyard, including tidying and refencing.

18. Streetlights Standing item until completed.
18.1. To consider the process for decommissioning two streetlights not being adopted by Herefordshire Council.
18.2. To consider any action required to further arrangements for transferring responsibility of 10 (now 8) streetlights from Wigmore Group Parish Council to Herefordshire Council.

19. Information items, correspondence & training. To note and action, as necessary.
