Plans for re-direction of Public Right of Way from FLOW Consult Ltd.,
Extract from letter received by the Parish Council:
“I have submitted a proposal to Herefordshire Council, to divert part of footpath WQ1 in the Parish of Wigmore Group Parish Council. The site is at OS Grid Reference SO 415691. Two copies of a plan are enclosed; these show both the existing legal line and the proposed diversion.
My reasons for proposing this diversion are: the legal line has been obstructed for a number of years and users of the footpath follow the proposed route.”
