5.1. To consider moving funds (virement) to increase budget for IT and Wigmore Closed Churchyard.
5.2. To receive quarter end report from Responsible Financial Officer.
5.3. To note payments made between meetings: J Hints Inv. 3 – Fence, Wigmore Churchyard. Materials & labour £900.00. Reference Minutes 9 March 2020 item 7.4 & Direct Debit to White Digital £12 gross for webhosting.
5.4. To note balances and approve payments. See Appendix 1.

7. Mortimer Villages Website To consider transferring responsibility for hosting to the Village Hall Committee, including payment of monthly charges.

8. Bury Lane Playing Field
8.1. To note monthly inspection of play equipment.
8.2. To consider quotations for the removal of the pump track.

9. Village Hall / Parish Council Agreement of 1997 To consider whether to amend the agreement between Leominster, Wigmore Group Parish Council, and the Village Hall Committee.

11. Closed Churchyard To consider offering responsibility for whole churchyard to Caring for God’s Acre.

12. Public Realm Maintenance
12.1. To receive report from Environmental Issues Working Group
12.2. To consider arrangements with Countrywide Grounds Maintenance as required.
12.3. To consider arrangements with Balfour Beatty relating to verges in the parishes, and Kings Meadow.
12.4. To consider arrangements with Mr Hill and Mr McLoughlin as required.
12.5. To consider delegating responsibility to the parish clerk, in liaison with the Environmental Issues Working Group, for issuing instructions, making contract amendments, and paying invoices within budget for the following contractors: Balfour Beatty, Countrywide Maintenance; Caring for God’s Acre; CP Hill and T McLoughlin.

13. Streetlights To further arrangements for transferring responsibility of 10 streetlights from Wigmore Group Parish Council to Herefordshire Council.

14. To consider recording queries/questions raised by residents and agreeing a timeframe in which a response is given.

15. To consider repair or replacement of notice board in Pipe Aston.

16. To consider purchasing a second defibrillator for the parishes.

17. Broadband. To consider a formal request to Fastershire for an update on progress.

18. Information items, correspondence & training. To note and action, as necessary.

19. To raise matters for next scheduled meeting: Monday 10 August 2020.
